Levitating Water

Cool effect pulled off by using strobe lights with the right timing so as to make invididual water droplets appear as if they are levitating up or down. This was done by Al Seckel, who has said there are even more impressive and “paradoxical” effects this display could pull off, such as creating words or pictures.
